all these recipes are adaptations, whimsical tries, or things i've found on pinterest. i'm adding substitutes for things such as: chicken, beef, cheese, dairy, or any other animal by-product into my recipes. i do this because i grew up eating animal protein and animal by-products, and i am new to the vegan lifestyle. i'm allowing myself to transition without feeling guilty, or making something i don't want to eat. i fully enjoy cooking (my boyfriend is a chef!) so i need to make food as good as i can. so far i feel i have a lot to learn, but the choices i am making i feel good about.
