this was the first time to try dandelion leaves and it turned out pretty tasty. i found mine at health foods unlimited, but i saw them at earth fare as well.
here is what you will need: 1/2 bunch of dandelion leaves 1/2 bunch red chard 1/2 red beet (peel) 1/2 bunch of carrots (peel) 1 1/2 green apples 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil | here is what you will do: 1. peel your beets and carrots 2. quarter the apples 3. juice all the ingredients 4. pour the flaxseed at the bottom of the cup 5. pour the juice on top enjoy! |
